VENVA Returns & Refund Policy 

At VENVA, customer satisfaction and product quality are our priority. 

Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order. 

--- Returns Eligibility 

Returns are accepted only in the following cases: 

Damaged product received 

Wrong product delivered 

Missing item in package 

To be eligible for a return: 

Product must be unused and unopened 

Original packaging should be intact

Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery 

--- Non-Returnable Items 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for: 

Opened skincare products 

Used products 

Products damaged after delivery 

Change of mind requests 

--- Refund Process 

Once your return request is approved: 

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days 

Refund will be sent to the original payment method 

COD refunds may be processed through bank transfer or UPI 

--- Damaged Product Claims If you receive a damaged item: 

1. Record an unboxing video 

2. Take clear product photos 

3. Contact us within 48 hours 

Without proper proof, claims may not be accepted. 

--- Order Cancellation 

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. 

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
